Terms of Use for the Geek Collective Directory
1. Introduction
The SGeek Collective Directory (“Directory”) is provided as a service to our community to help individuals and businesses connect. By accessing or using the Directory, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Directory.
2. Eligibility
The Directory is available to businesses, organisations, and individuals associated with The Geek Collective. By using the Directory, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the service and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Registration
In order to submit a listing, businesses may need to create an account on the Directory. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. The South Devon Steiner School reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
4. Content Submission
- Business Listings: Businesses wishing to be included in the Directory must submit accurate and up-to-date information. South Devon Steiner School reserves the right to review, approve, or reject any business listings at its discretion.
- Accuracy: You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information when submitting a listing, and to promptly update the information as necessary.
- Prohibited Content: You may not submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise illegal. Listings that contain inappropriate content will be removed, and offending accounts may be banned.
5. Use of the Directory
- Scope: The Directory is intended for commercial use. You may search, view, and contact businesses listed in the Directory for legitimate purposes.
- Commercial Use: The use of the Directory for marketing, solicitation, or any commercial purpose not related to the service or business provided is prohibited.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Directory for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
- Using the Directory to transmit viruses or malicious code.
- Attempting to interfere with the proper operation of the Directory.
- Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities related to the Directory.

- Accuracy: While The Geek Collective Directory strives to ensure the accuracy of the information in the Directory, we do not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or reliability. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions.
- No Endorsement: Inclusion in the Directory does not imply endorsement by The Geek Collective Directory of any business or service.
- Use at Your Own Risk: You agree to use the Directory at your own risk. The Geek Collective Directory is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the Directory, including but not limited to data loss, technical issues, or disputes with businesses listed.
10. Amendments
